A pregnancy stretch and strength class Classes are designed to strengthen and tone your body for the changes pregnancy & childbirth bring while relieving tension and encouraging deep rest! A jazz dance class aimed at high intermediate/advanced dancers Class comprises of a progression warm up (turns, leaps, floor work) and a short routine each class. It is definitely a social, no pressure, fun class but we will learn a bit of technique along with new skills too! Suitable for people who have an intermediate base of dance experience at minimum. Our signature class, but online! These classes follow the same format as our face to face Flexi Barre sessions, but have the benefit of doing them in the comfort of your own home!  Classes are uploaded weekly in full length and shorter sequences for when you don't have an hour to spare. Accessed via a private Facebook group, all you need is a chair and a yoga mat if you have one - easy! These classes are a monthly subscription and you must be enrolled before the end of the previous month to be included. $29.00 per month
